James Earl Marshall, Plaintiff-appellant, v. Larry W. Huffman; Dr. Ozinal Sandra Earley; Brenda Ross;james Hite; Wayne Rankin, P.a., Defendants-appellees, 869 F.2d 594 (4th Cir. 1989)

Annotate this Case
US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit - 869 F.2d 594 (4th Cir. 1989)

Submitted: Jan. 3, 1989. Decided: Feb. 16, 1989

James E. Marshall, appellant pro se.

Mark R. Davis (Office of the Attorney General of Virginia), for appellee Huffman.

Janet P. Selph (McGuire, Woods, Battle & Boothe), for remaining appellees.

Before CHAPMAN, SPOUSE and ERVIN, Circuit Judges.

PER CURIAM:

James Earl Marshall appeals from the district court's order denying relief under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Marshall v. Huffman, C/A No. 88-50 (W.D. Va. Nov. 4, 1988). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

AFFIRMED.
