Robert Earl Green, Sr., Petitioner-appellant, v. State of Maryland; James N. Rollins, Warden, Respondents-appellees, 866 F.2d 1415 (4th Cir. 1989)Annotate this Case
Robert Earl Green, Sr., appellant pro se.
Ronald Mark Levitan (Office of the Attorney General of Maryland), for appellees.
Before JAMES DICKSON PHILLIPS, SPROUSE and WILKINSON, Circuit Judges.
Robert Earl Green, Sr., seeks to appeal the district court's order refusing habeas corpus relief pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we deny a certificate of probable cause to appeal and dismiss the appeal on the reasoning of the district court. Green v. State of Maryland, C/A No. 86-2989-N (D. Md. Aug. 17, 1988). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
