Ezekiel Patterson, Plaintiff-appellant, v. Bobby Watson, Defendant-appellee, 854 F.2d 1317 (4th Cir. 1988)

Annotate this Case
US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit - 854 F.2d 1317 (4th Cir. 1988) Submitted June 24, 1988. Decided Aug. 4, 1988

Ezekiel Patterson, appellant pro se.

Before DONALD RUSSELL and CHAPMAN, Circuit Judges, and BUTZNER, Senior Circuit Judge.

PER CURIAM:

Ezekiel Patterson appeals from the district court's order denying relief under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Patterson v. Watson, C/A No. 88-343-CRT (E.D.N.C. Apr. 27, 1988). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

AFFIRMED.
