MEMORANDUM**

Summary judgment was granted in favor of prison nurses Sue Gray and Camella Sweeney in this 28 U.S.C. § 1983 action by inmate Williams asserting deliberate indifference to Williams' serious medical needs. We affirm.

Neither of Williams' claims arises to the level of cruel or unusual punishment. Estelle v. Gamble, 429 U.S. 97, 104; Jones v. Johnson, 781 F.2d 769, 771 (9th Cir. 1986). Williams presented no evidence in opposition to the summary judgment motion creating a genuine and material issue of fact to support his Sec. 1983 action.

The judgment is AFFIRMED.
