It is concluded upon a careful review of the district court record that the district court properly dismissed plaintiff's civil rights complaint pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(d). His claim of medical malpractice cannot support a cause of action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Estelle v. Gamble, 429 U.S. 97, 106 (1976).

Accordingly, we affirm the judgment of the district court for the reasons stated in the magistrate's report and recommendation entered April 1, 1986 and adopted by the district court on April 16, 1986. Rule 9(b) (5), Rules of the Sixth Circuit.
