Appeal from a judgment of the District Court for the Eastern District of New York, John F. Dooling, Jr., Judge, confirming an order of Referee Sherman D. Warner granting a motion by a debtor in a proceeding under Chapter XI of the Bankruptcy Act to require Daniels to release from escrow stock of the debtor which he had sold to it and to surrender certain unpaid notes of the debtor.
