International Terminal Operating Co., Inc. and Fireman's Fund Insurance Company appeal from a judgment awarding damages to Brooklyn Waterfront Terminal Corp. for injuries to its Pier 3 in Brooklyn resulting from dredging operations of the first named appellant, insured against by the second named appellant.
