ORDER This 5th day of September 2012, the Court has considered Charles Beebe s petition for a writ of mandamus seeking to compel the Superior Court to issue a final, appealable order in Beebe v. Danberg, Del. Super., C.A. No. N11M-10-096. On July 27, 2012, the Superior Court issued a final, appealable order in Beebe v. Danberg, Del. Super., C.A. No. N11M10-096.1 Accordingly, Beebe s mandamus petition in this Court is moot. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Beebe s petition for a writ of mandamus is DISMISSED as moot.2 BY THE COURT: /s/ Myron T.
