ORDER This 1st day of June 2010, after careful consideration of the parties briefs and the Superior Court record, we conclude that the judgment of the Superior Court should be affirmed on the basis of the court s well-reasoned decision of June 30, 2009. The Superior Court judge s denial of the appellant s motion to recuse was entirely proper as was the court s summary dismissal of the appellant s third motion for postconviction relief as procedurally barred without exception.
