ORDER This 18th day of May 2010, after careful consideration of the appellant s opening brief and the appellee s motion to affirm, we conclude that the judgment of the Superior Court should be affirmed on the basis of the court s well-reasoned decision January 19, 2010. The Superior Court did not err when concluding that the appellant s third motion for postconviction relief was procedurally barred without exception.
