ORDER This 15th day of August 2006, after careful consideration of Ronald Johnson s opening brief and the State s motion to affirm, we find it manifest that the judgment of the Superior Court denying Johnson s petition for a writ of habeas corpus should be affirmed on the basis that Johnson s detention by federal authorities cannot be remedied by a writ of habeas corpus under 10 Del.
