The certified notice to show cause was returned to the Clerk s office on July 12, 2002, marked Unclaimed by the post office. The notice to show cause was remailed to Campbell via first class mail. Campbell failed to respond to the notice to show cause within the required ten-day period; therefore, dismissal of this action is deemed to be unopposed.
