On March 21, 2012, the court granted EQCC Home Equity Loan Trust 1998-2 and EQCC Home Equity Loan Trust 1998-3's motions to dismiss. By its terms, the order of dismissal would become final when the claim against the remaining Defendant, AMBAC Assurance, was decided. 2. On April 12, 2012, a commissioner dismissed Plaintiff s claim against AMBAC Assurance. 3. Review of the commissioner s order was not requested, a transcript has not been ordered, and the time for requesting review has passed.1 1 See Super. Ct. Civ. R. 132(a)(4)(i)-(iii). Accordingly, so there is no room for confusion, the March 21, 2012 order SHALL be considered final as of this order s date. The commissioner s order is also final.
