The remaining issues in Civil Action No. 20614 are STAYED. The parties shall proceed in Civil Action No. 518-N and within 90 days shall conclude discovery in accordance with the letter opinion. Trial in Civil Action No. 518-N will be scheduled for a time convenient to the court and the parties and their counsel during the month of January 2005.
