1. At page 21 [95 Cal. App. 4th 791, 1st par.], final line, the opening quotation mark and the ellipsis are deleted.

2. At page 22 [95 Cal. App. 4th 791, 1st par.], second line, the closing quotation mark is deleted. Footnote 49 is also deleted and the subsequent footnotes renumbered.

This modification does not effect a change in the judgment.
