1) At page 19, line 2 of footnote 6 [83 Cal. App. 4th 1096, advance report, fn. 6, line 1], in the sentence beginning, "We do not reach the issue," after the words, "whose sentences will," change "not" to "now."
This change does not affect the judgment.
