THE COURT: It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on October 4, 2007, be modified as follows: 1. On page 25, line nine, the word would is changed to could so the sentence reads: We conclude that Reid produced sufficient evidence that Google s reasons for terminating him were untrue or pretextual, and that Google acted with discriminatory motive such that a factfinder could conclude Google engaged in age discrimination. 2. At the end of the last paragraph on page 25, after the sentence ending causes of action is reversed add the following sentence: Reid is awarded costs on appeal.
