THE COURT*: It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on October 23, 2003, be modified as follows: 1. On page 1, fifth line, the word John is changed to Jon so the sentence reads: Roger Jon Diamond for Plaintiffs and Respondents. 2. On page 8, first line of the third paragraph, after June 28, 2002, add the word meeting so the sentence reads: At the June 28, 2002 meeting, the Smiths offered to have five peaceful protestors picketing, but insisted that other picketers leave the property. There is no change in judgment.
