Cite as 2012 Ark. 390 SUPREME COURT OF ARKANSAS No. CR 12-304 ALONZO WATSON Opinion Delivered October 11, 2012 APPELLANT APPEAL FROM THE PULASKI COUNTY CIRCUIT COURT, [NO. CR-10-3785] V. STATE OF ARKANSAS APPELLEE HONORABLE HERBERT THOMAS WRIGHT, JR., JUDGE REBRIEFING ORDERED. PER CURIAM Appellant Alonzo Watson appeals an order of the Pulaski County Circuit Court convicting him of capital murder and sentencing him to life imprisonment. For reversal, appellant argues that the circuit court erred in denying his motion to suppress a statement. We order appellant to file a supplemental addendum within seven calendar days to cure deficiencies in his addendum. Arkansas Supreme Court Rule 4-2(a)(8) (2012) requires that an appellant s brief include an addendum consisting of all documents essential to the appellate court s resolution of the issues on appeal. Additionally, pursuant to Rule 4 2(a)(8)(A)(i), in a case involving a jury trial, the jury-verdict forms must be included in the addendum. Because appellant has not included the jury-verdict forms in his addendum, we order him to correct this deficiency by filing a supplemental addendum within seven calendar days from the date of this opinion.
