Opinion Delivered December 15, 2005
PRO SE MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION OF DISMISSAL OF APPEAL [CIRCUIT COURT OF PULASKI COUNTY, CR 99-3828, HON. WILLARD PROCTOR, JUDGE]
MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION DENIED
PER CURIAM
Larry King pled guilty to manufacturing, delivery and possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to 132 months' imprisonment. King then filed in the trial court a pro se petition for writ of habeas corpus. The trial court denied the petition, and we dismissed the appeal on the grounds that it was apparent that appellant could not prevail if permitted to go forward with the appeal because he failed to demonstrate a ground for the writ. King v. State, CR 05-938 (Ark. November 3, 2005) (per curiam). Petitioner now seeks reconsideration of the dismissal of his appeal.
In the motion for reconsideration, petitioner reiterates the grounds raised in the original petition for writ of habeas corpus. As we find no error of fact or law in the opinion dismissing the appeal the motion for reconsideration is denied.
Motion for reconsideration denied.
