PRO SE MOTION FOR TRANSCRIPT TO PREPARE APPELLANT'S BRIEF [CIRCUIT COURT OF GRANT COUNTY, CR 95-38-1, HON. CHRIS WILLIAMS, JUDGE]
MOTION MOOT
PER CURIAM
Jessie Earl Hill, III was convicted of capital murder and sentenced to life imprisonment without parole. We affirmed. Hill v. State, 325 Ark. 419, 931 S.W.2d 64 (1996).
Appellant subsequently filed in the trial court a petition for writ of habeas corpus pursuant to Act 1780 of 2001. The trial court denied the petition, and appellant has lodged an appeal from that order in this court. On September 12, 2005, appellant filed his brief-in-chief.
Now before us is appellant's motion for a copy of the transcript of his trial for use in preparing his brief. As the motion was filed after the brief was filed, it is moot.
Motion moot.
