This court denied a motion filed by Robert Burnard seeking to proceed with the belated appeal of a circuit court order denying a petition for writ of error coram nobis. Burnard v. State, CR 04-635 (Ark. September 23, 2004) (per curiam). Petitioner now seeks reconsideration of the motion.

In the motion for reconsideration, petitioner reiterates the grounds raised in the original motion for belated appeal. As we find no error of fact or law in the opinion denying the original motion, the motion for reconsideration is denied.
