Per Curiam

Larry D. Bellew filed a petition for writ of mandamus in this court contending that the Honorable James Hudson, Circuit Judge, had failed to act within a reasonable time on a petition for postconviction relief pursuant to Criminal Procedure Rule 37.1 filed in the Circuit Court of Miller County on August 19, 2002. On March 12, 2004, Judge Hudson entered an order disposing of the Rule 37.1 petition. As the circuit court has acted in the matter, the petition for writ of mandamus is moot.
