Per Curiam

James Munson filed a petition for writ of mandamus in this court contending that the Honorable David L. Reynolds, Circuit Judge, had failed to act within a reasonable time on a petition for writ of habeas corpus filed in the Circuit Court of Faulkner County on November 3, 2003. On March 1, 2004, Judge Reynolds entered an order disposing of the habeas petition. As the circuit court has acted in the matter, the petition for writ of mandamus is moot.
