Daniel W. Risher filed a petition for writ of mandamus in this court contending that the Honorable Larry Chandler, Circuit Judge, had failed to act within a reasonable time on a petition for writ of habeas corpus filed in the Circuit Court of Columbia County on January 14, 2003, and a motion to recuse filed October 10, 2003. On January 6, 2004, Judge Chandler entered an order disposing of the petition and motion. As the circuit court has acted in the matter, the petition for writ of mandamus is moot.
