NOT DESIGNATED FOR PUBLICATION ARKANSAS COURT OF APPEALS EN BANC CA08-854 No. Opinion Delivered RIVER VALLEY LAND, INC. APPELLANT SEPTEMBER 10, 2008 APPEAL FROM THE PULASKI COUNTY CIRCUIT COURT, SIXTEENTH DIVISION, [ECN 79-3056] V. HONORABLE ELLEN B. BRANTLEY, JUDGE CHARLES RAYFORD HUDSON, SR. APPELLEE MOTION TO CONSOLIDATE APPEALS DENIED; LEAVE GRANTED TO FILE SUPPLEMENTAL RECORD; CLERK TO SET NEW BRIEFING SCHEDULE PER CURIAM Appellant has moved to consolidate this appeal on the merits with a related appeal of an order on attorney’s fees. Because we do not yet have a record filed in the second appeal, we deny the motion to consolidate at this time. To consolidate all the issues together in one appeal, however, we (1) stay the briefing schedule in this appeal; (2) grant appellant leave to file a supplemental record containing all the necessary papers pertaining to the attorney’s-fee issue within forty-five days; and (3) direct the clerk to issue a new briefing schedule when the supplemental record is filed.
