§28-5-21. Statement and payment of amount due from contractors for convict labor.

On or before the fifth day of each month, the warden shall prepare, certify and deliver to the commissioner of public institutions a statement of the amount due from each contractor for the preceding month; and within five days thereafter each contractor shall pay to the commissioner of public institutions the amount due.
