§28-5-19. Equipment furnished by convict labor contractor; state- furnished power.
The contractor shall furnish all machinery, belting and tools used, except shafting and pulleys. The state shall furnish no machinery or tools other than the steam power required to run the machinery put in by contractors, and all attachments to such power shall be at the contractor's cost.
