§28-5-17. Procurement of machinery, etc., by convict labor contractors.
The commissioner of public institutions may give to a bidder, after he shall have entered into a contract, a reasonable time to procure machinery and make preparations for manufacturing, not exceeding sixty days from the acceptance of the bid.
