    The money arising from the sale of said bonds shall be deposited in the state treasury to the credit of the motor vehicle fund and such money shall be available only for the acquisition by construction or purchase of new ferry vessels and for the payment of all expense incurred in the drafting, printing, issuance, and sale of any such bonds.
