TITLE 29--LABOR
CHAPTER 7--LABOR-MANAGEMENT RELATIONS
SUBCHAPTER II--NATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS
Sec. 166. Separability
If any provision of this subchapter, or the application of such
provision to any person or circumstances, shall be held invalid, the
remainder of this subchapter, or the application of such provision to
persons or circumstances other than those as to which it is held
invalid, shall not be affected thereby.

subject matter which was formerly covered by section 165 of this title.
