Sec. 268c. Limitation on expenditure of funds for compensation
of International Boundary Commissioner to actual hours worked
Funds appropriated on and after September 30, 1996, or otherwise
made available under this Act or any other Act may be expended for
compensation of the United States Commissioner of the International
Boundary Commission, United States and Canada, only for actual hours
worked by such Commissioner.
