TITLE 2--THE CONGRESS
CHAPTER 11--CITIZENS' COMMISSION ON PUBLIC SERVICE AND COMPENSATION
Sec. 354. Use of United States mails
The Commission may use the United States mails in the same manner
and upon the same conditions as other departments and agencies of the
United States.
