TITLE 2--THE CONGRESS
CHAPTER 5--LIBRARY OF CONGRESS
Sec. 173. Establishment of Center for the Book
There is hereby established in the Library of Congress a Center for
the Book.
The Center shall be under the direction of the Librarian of
Congress.
