TITLE 19--CUSTOMS DUTIES
CHAPTER 14--CONVENTION ON CULTURAL PROPERTY
Sec. 2612. Regulations
The Secretary shall prescribe such rules and regulations as are
necessary and appropriate to carry out the provisions of this chapter.
