    Section 1518, acts June 10, 1890, ch. 407, Sec. 12, 26 Stat. 136; 
May 27, 1908, ch. 205, Sec. 3, 35 Stat. 406; Aug. 5, 1909, ch. 6,

judges of the United States Customs Court: their appointment, salary,

Judiciary and Judicial Procedure. Last sentence of section, relating to 
the transfer of unexpended appropriations for salaries to be available 
for expenditures for the same purposes, was omitted as executed.

Stat. 739, related to publication of Customs Court's decisions. See
