TITLE 16--CONSERVATION
CHAPTER 29--WATER BANK PROGRAM FOR WETLANDS PRESERVATION
Sec. 1311. Rules and regulations
The Secretary shall prescribe such regulations as he determines
necessary and desirable to carry out the provisions of this chapter.
