TITLE 15--COMMERCE AND TRADE
CHAPTER 15A--INTERSTATE TRANSPORTATION OF PETROLEUM PRODUCTS
Sec. 715e. Penalties for violation of chapter
Any person knowingly violating any provision of this chapter or any
regulation prescribed thereunder shall upon conviction be punished by a
fine of not to exceed $2,000 or by imprisonment for not to exceed six
months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
