TITLE 15--COMMERCE AND TRADE
CHAPTER 14A--AID TO SMALL BUSINESS
Sec. 637c. Definitions
For purposes of this Act--
(1) the term ``Administrator'' means the Administrator of the
Small Business Administration;
(2) the term ``Federal agency'' has the meaning given the term
``agency'' by section 551(1) of title 5, but does not include the
United States Postal Service or the General Accounting Office; and
(3) the term ``Government procurement contract'' means any
contract for the procurement of any goods or services by any Federal
agency.
