1434; Aug. 6, 1981, Pub. L. 97-31, Sec. 12(9), 95 Stat. 154, relating to 
a policy of development of water transportation, was transferred to 
section 142 of former Title 49, Transportation, and was repealed by Pub. 
L. 103-272, Sec. 7(b), July 5, 1994, 108 Stat. 1379, and reenacted by 
section 4(j)(6)(A) thereof as section 303a of Title 49, Transportation.
