Hearing on objection to notice--Franchisor's burden of proof.
Upon a hearing
conducted pursuant to the provisions of chapter 1-26, the franchisor has the burden of proof to
establish that cause exists to terminate or not continue the franchise or to enter into a franchise
establishing an additional dealership.
