Military personnel, domestic volunteers, and dependents as nonresidents.
A
nonresident within the meaning of § 32-5-46 shall include any nonresident who is stationed in this
state while in the military service of the United States or who is assigned in this state under the
Domestic Volunteer Service Act of 1973 and any dependent of such nonresident.
