     32-5-3.   Information respecting owner of vehicle--Information respecting use of vehicle. The application required by § 32-5-2 shall also state the name of the owner of the motor vehicle, his residence post office address and his business address, including county, and if in a first or second class municipality, his street number, and in case of a truck, truck tractor, road tractor, trailer, semitrailer, or recreational vehicle whether or not used exclusively within the corporate limits of any municipality, and such other information as may be required by the department.
