     32-5-10.1.   Motorcycle safety education fee--Amount and payment. In addition to the license fees and compensation required pursuant to § 32-5-9 for motorcycles, a motorcycle safety education fee of seven dollars shall be paid at the time of registration of each motorcycle. (This section is repealed effective July 1, 2010 pursuant to SL 2005, ch 156, §§ 2, 3.)
