     32-3A-13.   Expiration and renewal of registration and validation decals. Each registration and validation decal shall expire on December thirty-first of the terminal year for the period issued. Validation decals may be purchased as early as October first for the following year. The registration may be renewed by the owner and new validation decals obtained as provided in § 32-3A-4.
