     32-35-56.   Judicial determination that insurer is not liable. Whenever in any judicial proceedings it shall be determined by any final judgment, decree, or order that an insurer is not obligated to pay any judgment referred to in § 32-35-55, the Department of Public Safety, notwithstanding any contrary finding theretofore made by it, shall forthwith suspend the license and any nonresident's operating privilege and the Department of Revenue and Regulation shall forthwith suspend the registration of any person against whom such judgment was rendered, as provided in § 32-35-52.
