32-35-104.
Surrender of license or registration.
Any person whose license or registration has
been suspended under any provision of this chapter, or whose policy of insurance or bond, if required
under this chapter, has been canceled or terminated, shall immediately return his license, and
registration to the Department of Public Safety in accordance with § 32-12-68.
