Vehicles blocking traffic--Wrecked vehicles.
A vehicle found attended or
unattended upon a bridge, causeway, in any tunnel, or on the traveled portion of any roadway where
the vehicle constitutes an obstruction and hazard to traffic or a vehicle which appears to have
sustained reportable accident damage may be removed at any time and without regard to the
provisions of § 32-30-1, 32-30-2, or 32-30-12.
