Passenger not to interfere with driver's view or control--Violation as misdemeanor.
No passenger in a vehicle may ride in such position as to interfere with the driver's view ahead or
to the sides or to interfere with his control over the driving mechanism of the vehicle. A violation
of this section is a Class 2 misdemeanor.
