32-26-18.1.
Turning from wrong lane prohibited--Turn signal required--Violation as
misdemeanor.
No person may turn a vehicle at an intersection unless the vehicle is in proper position
upon the roadway as required by §§ 32-26-17 and 32-26-18. A signal of intention to turn right or left
when required shall be given continuously during not less than the last one hundred feet traveled by
the vehicle before turning. A violation of this section is a Class 2 misdemeanor.
